Group Packages Terms & Conditions

In furtherance to the Group Package Tour – Service Contract signed by me, I hereby undertake as under:

  1. That I understand, I bought a budget package, traveling in a group, touring on a bus. There are probabilities that technical faults may occur like, flat tyres, faulty air condition or major/minor breakdown, or any other unpredicted reasons for breakdown. Replacement of a bus many cause certain delays.
  2. Bus will drop at parking or the nearest possible place. Entire group has to walk till the sightseeing place. If any passenger wishes to take Rickshaw or Auto etc, it is not included in the tour cost. Passenger has to pay extra on their own & at their own cost
  3. In case of sudden increase in COVID case or any unforeseen situation, group date will be postponed. All cancellation charges & amendment charges will be subjected airlines group terms & condition policy. Passenger will have to bear date change & airfare difference, if charged by the airlines as per the actual.
  4. Group airfare is non-refundable & non-endorsable.
  5. Name change is not permissible if Air Ticket once issued
  6. In case of any unforeseen situation, if tour get cancelled then the cancellation charges will be applicable as per the Tour policy
  7. I know that in case I have not opted tour attraction then I will not be entitled for any transfers and I will spend time on my own. This means I will be free from the group to spend time on my own. I will arrange transfer services on my own costs to reach next point of joining the tour group, for instance like visiting dinner venue. I also know that there will be no reimbursement of cost for transfers arranged by me.
  8. I am also aware that all travel is by bus/coach. Minimum traveling is 6 – 12 Hrs.
  9. Coach is booked strictly as per itinerary. Any additional hours service would be charged extra.
  10. For-group hotel booked are budgeted & are small in Size. Rooms are also smaller in comparison to luxury hotels.
  11. Hotel location would be suburb (out of city).
  12. In some hotel/resort there are no lift.
  13. Passengers has to take their luggage on their own, there will be no porter service provided at the hotels
  14. Only non AC rooms are provided in hill Stations
  15. On Triple sharing room, extra person will be provided with a roll away bed. Separate bed is subjected to hotels policy.
  16. I am aware that the breakfast would be continental which comprises of bread, butter, Jam, corn flakes, Tea, Coffee, Juice only.
  17. I am aware that Lunches would packed or sitting depending upon the itinerary. Packed lunch would be cold.
  18. That I will not dispute for production of any documents required for the verification purpose in connection with the tour.
  1. That I will not indulged in any kind of arguments with the Tour Leader and follow his instruction for my safety and well being. Further I will strictly follow the time schedules provided by the Tour Leader and will reach 5 minutes before the stipulated time at all venues as informed. Also I understand that tour Leader has no power to provide with extra facilities or services.
  2. That even if I purchase or shop anything upon advice of Tour Leader, he cannot be held liable for any deficiency as the transaction is between me and the shop keeper. Further, on getting late in shopping, I will bear the cost and consequences of reaching back to hotels or relevant place of meeting.
  3. That I am going to this tour upon full satisfaction of my physical and mental fitness. Any medical consequence arising during the tour, the company will not be held responsible. I will be responsible for any breathing problem at high altitude visits.
  4. If any change is required in timing of services mentioned in the service voucher same can be altered at the discretion of tour leader, depending upon the circumstances. The motive is to fulfill all the obligations mentioned in the service voucher.
  5. No refund for unutilized services.
  6. HOLIDAY TREASURE shall not be held liable, in whole or part, for any damage or injury to persons or property, including damages arising from acts of negligence by any vendor or member of the other Participants on the tour.
  7. The tour in this agreement has been specially arranged by HOLIDAY TREASURE. The suppliers providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements and hotel accommodations for the tour are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of HOLIDAY TREASURE.
  8. I agree to the cancellation policy of the Tour booked by me
  9. All tours are subjected to the Terms & Conditions of Holiday Treasure
  10. All disputes pertaining to the tour & travel conducted by the company & any claim arising there – under shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only

I hereby undertake to comply with above undertaking along with governing terms and conditions.
